Istanbul,Turkey - As the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest comes closer and closer, more concrete rumours have started to appear about the possible Turkish participant. The newest gossip talks about the award-winning band maNga to represent Turkey in Oslo.
According to the Turkish media, their broadcaster TRT and maNga have signed a preliminary agreement for the band to keep their flag high in Oslo this May.
The band has given different signs in the past about the Eurovision Song Contest - sometimes mentioning they would like to do it, sometimes just the opposite. However, TRT has not yet confirmed anything in this matter, so time will tell who will represent Turkey at the 2010 edition of Europe's favourite TV-show.
Turkey placed fourth in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with Hadise's Düm Tek Tek.
